Answers to the questions you ask us most often: about your account, studying, payments and our services.
Getting started
What is MedMigrant?
It’s a platform for preparing for medical exams in Poland and abroad: question banks with explanations, Study mode and Exam mode, a Library of materials, practical courses and help with the recognition of qualifications. The site is available in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
Which exams can I prepare for here?
We already have questions for: LEK (Poland), LEK (ENG) (Poland), LDEK (Poland), LDEK (ENG) (Poland), LEW (Poland), KROK (Ukraine), KROK (DENTISTRY) (Ukraine), USMLE (USA), DHA (General practitioner) (UAE). We’re adding more countries and exams step by step. The exam finder on the home page shows the current list with the number of questions.
Do I have to pay?
Creating an account is free. Only selected modules are paid (3D Anatomy with radiology, Nostrification) — you buy access to each one separately for the period you choose. You’ll find the prices in the Shop.
How do I change the language of the site?
Use the language switcher in the page header. On your first visit, the home page picks the language based on your browser settings.
Is there a mobile app?
The site works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer. You can also add it to your home screen and open it like an app: on Android, in Chrome, choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen” from the menu; on iPhone, in Safari, tap “Share” → “Add to Home Screen”.
Account and login
How do I create an account?
Go to the Sign up page (the “Sign up” button in the header) and enter your email address and a password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the Login page, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your account email — we’ll send you a link to set a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.
On how many devices can I use my account?
Your account works on up to 3 devices. You’ll find the list in your Profile, where you can remove an old device to make room for a new one (you can swap devices up to 2 times in 30 days). Logging in on one device logs you out on the others. Your account is personal — sharing it with other people breaks the terms of use.
I got an email about a suspicious login. What does it mean?
We send it when your account is logged into from places very far apart within a short time. If it wasn’t you, change your password right away. If it happens again, the account is locked until we sort it out — in that case, write to us.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Delete account page (there’s also a link in the footer). Deleting is permanent — your progress and saved questions are removed along with the account.
Studying and exams
What’s the difference between Study mode and Exam mode?
In Study mode you see right after each answer whether it was correct, and you can read the explanation. Exam mode simulates the real test: questions drawn from the whole bank, a time limit, and the score and explanations only at the end. You can also build your own exam from chosen topics or take a past session.
Where can I see my progress?
In your Dashboard: it shows your answer statistics and how many questions are waiting for review. Questions you get wrong go to mistake review, so it’s easy to go back to your weaker topics.
Can I save a question for later?
Yes. Click “Add to clipboard” on the question — you’ll find all saved questions in your Clipboard. You can also comment on questions and read other people’s comments.
There’s a mistake in a question or explanation. How do I report it?
Leave a comment under the question or send us a message with a link to it (contact form, topic “Questions and content errors”). We check every report and correct the content where needed.
What’s in the Library?
Study materials organised in a tree of topics (preclinical and clinical), with search. The Library topics match the topics in the question bank, so it’s easy to go from theory to practice questions.
Payments and invoices
How can I pay?
You pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. You’ll see the available methods (e.g. card, BLIK, Przelewy24) at checkout. Your card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our server.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue the invoice automatically after payment, and you can download it in your Profile under “Orders”. For a company invoice, enter your tax ID (NIP) and address before paying.
How does the free trial work?
For 24 hours you get full access to all paid modules — once per person. You need a card to start, but nothing is charged straight away. When the trial ends, we charge 1 month of the module you started the trial from, and access keeps renewing. If you don’t want to continue, turn off renewal in your Profile (“My access”) before the trial ends.
How do I turn off automatic renewal?
In your Profile, under “My access”. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you extend your access before it ends, you pay 20% less.
Can I withdraw from the purchase or file a complaint?
Yes. The rules for withdrawal, refunds and complaints are set out in the shop terms. If you have any questions, write to us.
Practical courses
What does the ECG course include?
Interactive lessons with a live 12-lead tracing, digital calipers for measuring intervals, a sandbox and quizzes with explanations: from sinus rhythm, through AV blocks and atrial fibrillation, to STEMI and the QT interval. Go to the course.
How does 3D Anatomy work?
It’s a set of bone models you rotate and zoom in your browser, with Latin, English, Polish and Ukrainian names, CT and MRI slices, and “Find the structure” and “Name the structure” quizzes. Nothing to install. Open 3D Anatomy.
Recognition services
How do you help with the recognition of qualifications?
We help doctors, dentists, nurses and other healthcare professionals through the formalities: from assessing documents, through verification and the exam, to the licence. Our services are described on the Recognition services page.
How do I start applying for a DHA licence in Dubai?
The DHA recognition page walks you through the whole process: eligibility assessment, document verification (DataFlow), the exam and licence activation. You can also send us your application there, and we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Privacy and security
What cookies do you use?
Only essential ones — for logging in, account protection and running the site.
How do you protect my data?
We don’t store IP addresses when you log in, and we keep device identifiers only as hashes that can’t be turned back into the original. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach our server. See the Privacy policy for details.
We don’t have an answer to that yet. Write to us — we’ll reply and add it here.
